years of wireless communications knowledge and video game industry experience.
Cliff Maldonado
Cliff, founding partner and senior analyst, started BSR to provide unbiased, fundamental, data-driven research
to institutional money managers. Prior to founding BSR in 2003, Cliff was on the sell-side covering the wireless
industry. He spearheaded his team's endeavors in penetrating and understanding the demand-driven dynamics of the
wireless handset market. The resulting efforts were timely, tradable insight into the wireless provider, handset
and component industries. Cliff graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Finance, and received his
MBA from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California.
Cesar H. Angobaldo, CFA
Cesar, founding partner and senior analyst, started BSR to offer primary-sourced research to institutional asset
managers. Prior to founding BSR in 2003, Cesar was on the sell-side covering semiconductor companies. His experience
developing primary channel sources for his coverage companies revealed opportunities for impartial presentation
of timely, proprietary data points to institutional clients. Cesar graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA,
and received his MBA from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California. He is also a CFA
charterholder.
Eric Kress
Prior to joining BSR as a managing director, Eric was a Brand Manager for Electronic Arts. He was responsible
for short- and long-term business strategy for EA across all of its franchises and businesses. An avid gamer with
over six years of industry experience at the largest publisher of video games, Eric provides a unique insider perspective
on the market dynamics of the gaming industry. Eric graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a
BS in Managerial Economics. |
